Absolutely, Purrify Scoopmate utilises laser and weight sensor technology to detect when your cat enters and exits the globe, initiating the countdown timer and cleaning cycle.
The Purrify Scoopmate® doesn’t recognise kittens weighing less than 1.3 kgs. Kittens under 1.3 kgs can use Purrify Scoopmate, but not in automatic mode. Until they reach the appropriate weight, we advise using Purrify Scoopmate in "semi-automatic" mode to keep your kitten safe and to avoid the hassle of scooping the litter box.
For "semi-automatic" mode, ensure
Purrify Scoopmate is powered off or unplugged. Once you see your kitten has used it, wait about 7 minutes for the waste to clump, then power it on.
Purrify Scoopmate will automatically start a cleaning cycle. Afterward, turn it off again. Continue using this supervised, semi-automatic mode until your kittens are heavy enough to activate the
Purrify Scoopmate®.
